With the world vaulting five years forward in digital adoption in the first eight weeks of Covid-19, we were all quickly introduced to the new (digital) customer journey.  According to McKinsey, 75 per cent of consumers have tried a new shopping behaviour and most intend to continue it beyond the pandemic.
