Gearing up for the 2021 holidays, we have been working with our clients to help inspire their audiences with engaging cross-platform content. From printed flyers, engaging videos and photography to custom content, branded gift guides and social GIFs, here is what SJC has been up to this holiday season.
Sheridan Nurseries – DIY Holiday Planter Video
Highlights: Sheridan Nurseries partnered with SJC to create a fun stop-motion video to walk you through how to make your own holiday centerpiece. Watch the step-by-step tutorial below and see what our team created following the shoot at Sheridan Nurseries. We also have plenty of BTS footage to loop you in on the creative process.
M&M Food Market – Perfect Holiday Dishes
Highlights: To promote M&M Food Market’s popular party packs, we created a series of short, festive videos, shot in SJC’s food studio. The videos were shared on web and social to show how holiday hosting can be a breeze with M&M Food Market’s convenient apps, meals and desserts.

Sobeys – Festive Food Gifs
Highlights: We created digital content like these social GIFs to provide plenty of festive food-inspiration for Sobeys’ audience.
Walmart – Holiday Content
Highlights: We had fun capturing photography and video to help our long-time client Walmart celebrate the holidays – on the web, social and in print!
Chatelaine – “The Ultimate Cross-Country Cookie Swap”
Highlights: Chatelaine released its holiday issue highlighting “The Ultimate Cross-Country Cookie Swap.” Readers were invited to submit their favourite local bakeries and then the magazine followed up with seven of them to get the inside scoop on its most drool-worthy cookie recipe!
These recipes add to Chatelaine’s colossal roundup of cookie recipes. From fan-favourite sugar cookies to delicious nutella sandwich cookies; gingersnap to lemondrop icebox cookies (um, yum), consult this sweet-treat extravaganza to have your house filled with the aroma of freshly baked goods for the holidays.
Coppa’s Fresh Market – Holiday Content
Highlights: SJC produced stop-motion content for Coppa’s Fresh Market to post online and on social for the holidays. The videos showcase the brand’s catering dishes, gift baskets, and more!
FASHION Magazine – New Brex collection by SOREL
Highlights: In collaboration with SOREL, SJC Media’s FASHION executed this exciting campaign that included a photoshoot and custom editorial content. FASHION also teamed up with a digital content creator and creative strategist to feature the styles. SOREL’s New Brex Collection provides the perfect bold look and is a shoe-in for the perfect holiday gift this cold, winter season. Read more here.

The Bay – Holiday Guide
Highlights: SJC Content welcomed The Bay in studio to produce holiday on-figure, off-figure and home photography for their Holiday gift guides across print, online and social. We also produced and printed two flyers including Black Friday and the Holiday Gift Guide digest, delivered to millions of Canadian homes in October and November.
