Maclean's has released its 2027 Ultimate Guide to Canadian Colleges, a resource designed to help students, career-changers and professionals looking to upskill make informed decisions about college education in Canada. The guide is published through Maclean's Education, the country's leading platform for university and college rankings and guides since 1991.
AI has become a key element in most workplaces, with approximately 62 per cent of Canadian employees saying they have used some form of AI for work tasks, according to an Angus Reid poll from May 2026.
Many students and employees are looking for guidance on how to use AI well, factoring in privacy, cybersecurity, copyright and integrity issues, and Canadian colleges are stepping up to help. Maclean's outlines program options in the new guide.
