Canadian Printing Awards

PrintAction magazine bestowed St. Joseph Communications CEO Tony Gagliano with the Printing Leader of the Year award and recognized St. Joseph Print with a gold in the Direct Mail category, a bronze in the Brochures and Magazines & Catalogues categories and a bronze in the category for most Most Environmentally Progressive Printing Company, 250+ employees.

Canadian Online Publishing Awards

In the consumer magazine division, Torontoist won three golds, Toronto Life won three silvers and 20 Minute Supper Club won again in the best e-newsletter category. St. Joseph Media’s FASHION, Canadian Family and Ottawa Magazine were also all finalists. In the business-to-division division, Quill & Quire won a gold and a silver.

Digital Screenmedia Association (DSA)

St. Joseph Content | Alchemy won a Gold Crown Award for its digital signage strategy and content creation for TD Canada Trust.

Digital Signage Expo

St. Joseph Content | Alchemy’s digital content solution and interactive kiosk for Bell won a Silver Apex Award in the retail category.

34th Annual National Magazine Awards

Toronto Life took home a gold, two silvers and 25 honourable mentions; FASHION Magazine earned a silver and three honourable mentions; Ottawa Magazine and Canadian Family each won an honourable mention; and torontolife.com and fashionmagazine.com were recognized with an honourable mention for Magazine of the Year (Digital).

Sappi North American Printers of the Year

St. Joseph Print claimed a bronze award for Sharp Magazine’s The Book For Men (Fall/Winter 2010 issue) in the Magazines (web) category.

Four gold awards, three silver awards and 19 honorable mentions were bestowed on Toronto Life, with two silver awards and three honorable mentions to FASHION Magazine, an honorable mentions to Ottawa Magazine and an honorable mention to Weddingbells.

Alchemy won the 2010 Content Award for its creation of innovative and compelling digital content for Dunkin' Donuts.

Applied Arts and Printing Awards

Applied Arts magazine recognized St. Joseph Print with the award in the category of "Complete Magazines or Books - Series" for its printing of Food & Drink magazine.

Where Calgary was recognized with the Best Cover Design Award for its May/June 2009 issue.

Toronto Life was recognized as a finalist for “Best Newsstand Issue.”

Packaging Association of Canada Leadership Awards

DW+Partners won the Silver Brand Rejuvenation award for Five Alive; the Silver Brand Marketing award for Life Smart Irresistibles; and the Silver Paperboard Packaging award for Treasures Mills School Safe.

Canadian Fragrance Awards

FASHION Magazine’s “High Notes” article was recognized with a Best Print Media Editorial award.

P&G Beauty and Grooming

FASHION Magazine was honored with awards for Best Magazine Cover and Best Fashion Feature of a Magazine or Newspaper (English).

St. Joseph Media publications garnered three Canadian Online Publishing Awards: Best Overall Magazine Website for torontolife.com; Best Video for fashionmagazine.com; and Best E-newsletter for 20minutesupperclub.com.

RAC Flyer Symposium

Pi Media won the runner-up award for work on Sears Canada's Fall Fashion Digest in the Traditional Flyer Category (24 pages or less), as well as the runner-up award for the Highland Farms weekly flyer in the Small Flyer/Program Category.
