Our hiring process.

Interested in joining the St. Joseph team? Check out our list of current opportunities and apply for the job that fits you best. All applications are reviewed and the candidates who meet the required criteria will be contacted for an interview. Our process varies depending on the level of position, however all candidates will be required to participate in the interview process and provide satisfactory employment references upon request. In some cases, skill testing and background checks may also be required, as outlined in the job posting. We store all resumes in a central database for six months, and share them across all St. Joseph Communications locations.  Please note that agencies will only be used when initiated by a representative from St. Joseph Communications.
